will help Fountain Court continue its mission to
provide residential housing for Christian Scientists free of
medical or material influences.

regular monthly donations rather than giving a large sum
all at once.

Life Income Gifts---This
option allows you to plan for a charitable donation
without depleting
current assets. You and a survivor, if you wish, can enjoy
the lifetime benefits of your intended gift. Along with
tax savings, it may be possible to actually increase your
income when you transfer assets to a Trust account
producing a higher yield than the property you donate.
After your lifetime use of the income, Fountain Court
benefits by receiving the trust. (Check with your
financial advisor).

Bequests---In your will, you
can specify a gift of cash, securities, real estate or
other properties to Fountain Court.

Gifts of Appreciated Stocks,
Mutual funds and Bonds---you may be able to avoid capital
gains tax and receive a tax deduction for federal and
state income purposes for the appreciated value of your
contribution. (Check with your accountant or financial
advisor).

Insurance Policies---If the
protection of an insurance policy is no longer needed for
the purpose you purchased it, your policy could be used to
benefit Fountain Court.

Retirement, Keogh and IRA Assets.
