Our Mission Statement
Fountain Court's mission as a non-profit organization is to provide and amply maintain a residential home for Christian Scientists desiring to let their lives attest hourly and continually the truths found in the Bible and Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy. Implicit in this Mission is:

• Evidencing forth to others in the community and elsewhere a practical understanding of Christian Science by providing a facility that supports independent living through total reliance on the teachings of the Bible and Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy;
   

• Evidencing forth to others in the community and elsewhere an understanding of Christian Science through the demonstrations of the residents of Fountain Court as they rely totally on the teachings of the Bible and Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy;
   

• Awards of financial assistance to Christian Scientists endeavoring to rely totally on the Science of the Christ in their everyday living situation at Fountain Court;
   

• Maintenance of a full and active Board of Directors;
   

• Operational excellence through sound fiscal and business principles; and
   

• Working in concert with the First Church of Christ, Scientist in Salem and other entities in Salem for the good of Fountain Court and the surrounding community.

We Welcome You to Fountain Court
Fountain Court is a residential community in Salem, Oregon for active, practicing Christian Scientists of any age. It was established in 1985 as a non-profit corporation.

Fountain Court apartments are moderately priced, well below similar for-profit facilities in the area. Rental is on a monthly basis, with no buy-in fee.  Full-time management lives on the premises. The local Christian Science Church is located 3 blocks from the Fountain Court Apartments and transportation is provided for church services, meetings and local lectures.

Salem is a city of about 150,000 population, located less than 50 miles south of Portland in the heart of picturesque Willamette Valley. The Pacific Ocean is only an hour’s drive to the west with many miles of public beaches and parks. The mild ocean climate adds to the livability of the area. Salem as the capital of Oregon, is also home to Willamette University and Chemeketa Community College and offers a variety of cultural, educational and recreational activities.

More than just an apartment complex, Fountain Court is a gracious and loving home to residents as they nurture and strengthen their relationship with God.
